More about me!
Born April 10th, 2002, I am a young woman (but an old soul) who is looking to be a voice for my peers on topics that we are inundated about by media outlets: diet culture, feminism, spirituality, astrology, meditation, wellness, exercise, schoolwork (hi there, hustle culture), poverty, inequality, racism, and beyond. This space is one where I hope to combine my love for research with creativity, publishing various pieces from the heart. I love all things regarding introspection and self-discovery, as well as learning about social psychology and how we engage in meaningful relationships.. I can be commonly found listening to a podcast, enjoying the outdoors, journaling, squeezing in a run, reading, walking my pup, cheffin’ it up, or cuddled up with a cup of tea. I am studying Business Administration at the University of Southern California, and plan on embarking on a career prioritizing sustainable, inclusive business practices. I am the second-born of four, with an older sister Kit, younger sister Lizzie, and younger brother Brendan, who has severe Autism and nonverbal. Bren is largely to credit for my inability not to speak up about the important stuff! On Free to Be Fi, I plan to culminate an open-minded, “East meets West” mindset on all aspects of health, as well as a holistic approach to freedom in all spheres of life, so that we can be present for our lives, not perfect.
I attend the University of Southern California studying Business administration in the marshall school of business. WHen I’m Not at School, I’m in my hometown in Northeast Pennsylvania or soaking up Montauk magic in Montauk, New york. I would love to get to know each of you and really start cultivating the “Free to Be” community. so, please reach out! let’s be friends. Let me know if you’ve implemented any of my tips or tried a recipe. I look forward to hearing from y’all!
